We have a 07-day return policy against defective/damaged article only, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for return when you purchase from our website and without it, we will not entertain any queries regarding this. When you are purchasing something, you are not only interacting with us but with a third-party courier service also which has their own set of guidelines and process for any issues
The full refund amount will be provided in form of reward points which can be used to make any purchases from our website.
